Care Providers

The care providers referred by Angels Watching Over You have a genuine desire to care for the elderly. Their passion and commitment is reflected in the way they assist their clients with activities of daily living and special care services. The philosophy of the company, "to encourage the elderly person to maintain their highest level of independence, to care for the whole person, to show respect for their individual social and cultural values" is a philosophy that must be embraced by every care provider to be considered by Angels Watching Over You.

• Extensive background checks are done on each and every care provider. Local and state background checks are completed and when appropriate, national checks as well.
• A minimum of three references is required on each care provider, both personal and professional.
• A minimum of two internal interviews is conducted.
• Care providers must pass a comprehensive, skills evaluation test.
• Care provides must agree to submit to random drug and alcohol testing.

Profiles are created on each care provider to gather information such as; years of experience, areas of expertise, personal interests and histories, languages spoken, social and culture experiences, temperament, etc. This information is then matched to the client to ensure a cohesive relationship.

You can feel secure in knowing that Angels would not recommend a care provider that we would not want caring for our loved one.

Your care provider will do everything possible to ensure a happy, safe home environment being careful not to change the standards set up by you and other members of the care plan team.
